At FormTools, we prioritize candidate data privacy above all. Because our utility website serves sensitive identification records, including applicant photos, signature files, and certificate PDFs, our systems are built from the ground up to prevent external data transfers.

1. Data Collection & Processing Philosophy

We do NOT collect, harvest, store, or transmit any image, document, or personal values you load into our calculators or workstations. All operations:

• Cropping, resizing, and filters calculations
• Signature cleaning & threshold erasures
• PDF splices, page extracts, and compiles
• Academic conversions & cutoff counts

are executed entirely inside your device's browser local memory sandbox. Zero bytes of your files ever traverse external network pathways.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We do not serve tracking pixels, cookies, or marketing tags. Standard local browser caches are used only to preserve user settings like Dark/Light theme values.
